The space

Our SAND apartment has three double bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a laundry room. The furniture is new, including doors, windows, and built-in electrical and plumbing installations. It has air conditioning for both heating and cooling. The new kitchen is very spacious, bright, and functional.

The entire apartment is very well equipped with everything necessary in the kitchen, beautiful furniture, and comfortable mattresses.

From the large terrace, where all our guests are very impressed by the views and the new outdoor chill-out sofas, you can relax and enjoy the views. Although the views from the living room and every bedroom are also unforgettable.

Located on the sea, in the charming port of Colonia de Sant Jordi, 100 m from "Es Port" beach and just a five-minute walk from "Es Dolç" beach. It is also very close to the famous "Es Trenc" beach by car or bus.

It is ideal for a family with children, including grandparents, or a group of friends, as it has beds for six people, two of them are King size beds (1.80 x 2.00).

Additionally, our SAND apartment is on the first floor, quite accessible.
