SAND apartment
The distribution, such as WHITE, is three double rooms, a large living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and laundry room. It is totally renovated and furnished this year and we have done it with great enthusiasm waiting for you to enjoy it and have an unforgettable holiday.
Because the new SAND apartment is located in the same building as the WHITE, it is also at sea front, over the small port of Colonia de Sant Jordi, 100 meters away from the beach "Es Port" and only five minutes walking from "Es Dolç" beach. It is also very close to the famous "Es Trenc" beach by car or bus.
The difference with WHITE is that it is much more accessible since it is at first floor.
The terrace is still larger than the WHITE one and is also fully new furnished.
It is ideal for a family with children, and even grandparents, or a group of friends, as it has beds for six people, two of them King-size (1.80 x 2'00).
And of course, ... enjoy the sea, the sun, the beach, a trip to National Park of Cabrera Island, rent a boat, a sailboat, a bicycle, horseback riding, an ice-cream, a good dinner, ... There you will find a lot of diverse activities.
